History Of Reddick Law
There are few places where a person of humble origin and simple means can sit as an equal next to the most powerful, wealthy, and influential individuals and corporations in the world. Brian Reddick, founder of Reddick Law, PLLC, never imagined that his first jury trial as a Deputy Prosecuting attorney, just one year out of law school, would lead to a national law firm with active licenses in 17 states.
During his time as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Brian tried hundreds of cases, many of which were high profile. It didn’t take long for his early successes to be noticed by those in need of a young and ambitious trial attorney.
After leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Brian took a job at a large, Fortune 500 health care corporation as senior litigation counsel. In this position, Brian assisted in defending abuse and neglect claims against the hundreds of nursing home facilities they operated across the United States. Brian quickly realized that defending a corporation against victims who were egregiously injured or killed due to substandard care was not something that his conscience would reconcile.
After leaving the corporate world in 1998, Brian began working with a large plaintiff firm with plans for aggressive expansion. Over the next 11 years, Brian would quickly rise through the ranks, ultimately serving as National Director of Litigation. During this time, Brian traveled the country trying cases, earning record setting verdicts, and growing the firm’s footprint from three offices to thirteen.
After successfully directing a firm with dozens of attorneys and several thousand cases across eleven states, Brian felt the time was right to finally realize his dream of developing his own practice. To that end, Reddick Law was born.
In the fourteen years that have followed, Brian and his team of loyal and dedicated staff have grown Reddick Law from an Arkansas firm with just a handful of cases to a national powerhouse with active cases across the country. The early successes of Brian’s career, the victories for his clients in record-setting fashion, carried over from his prior experiences and have translated into a nationally recognized firm with a reputation for never backing down no matter how big and formidable the opponent.
Despite Reddick Law’s national profile, the firm has steadfastly refused to compromise on its commitment to personal attention to each client’s case. Brian views the practice of law as a calling to serve the interests of those who have been treated unfairly or have had their lives altered or destroyed by fraud, abuse, or neglect. With a passion for justice rooted in the ancient notions of fairness and equality, Brian is deeply honored by the faith his clients have put in Reddick Law and the opportunity to seek justice on their behalf for so many years.
