Biography
Mr. Francis is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, New Mexico, and Oklahoma as well as numerous federal district courts in the states in which he is licensed. He is also licensed to practice in the Sixth, Eighth, and Tenth U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals. Throughout his career, Mr. Francis has successfully represented thousands of persons who were injured due to negligence. Mr. Francis considers it a privilege and enjoys fighting for the rights of the injured and abused. He regularly files lawsuits against corporations who choose to place profits over the people who have entrusted them with their care. Mr. Francis has been part of the trial team and tried numerous cases to Plaintiff’s verdicts in multiple jurisdictions including multiple multi-million dollar verdicts and judgments. Mr. Francis regularly appears Court to fight for his client’s rights in all of the states where he practices. He has also argued numerous times before the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Francis has numerous published and unpublished opinions from the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the New Mexico Court of Appeals, and the Sixth and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
