Biography
Originally from Cabot, Arkansas, Emily Towe graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas in May of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. She later graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in May of 2021. During law school, Ms. Towe was a member of the Moot Court Board, and earned top paper awards in multiple classes. In April 2021, Ms. Towe was appointed to the University of the Ozarks Alumni Association Board of Directors, and she currently serves on the Board’s Alumni Connections Committee. She was also appointed to the Board of Directors for the Historic Arkansas Museum in 2024. Ms. Towe is admitted to practice in all Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Missouri state courts, along with the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
